Here at Reddish Hall School, we aim to deliver a careers programme that supports and enables our students to realise their ambitions. We offer a careers programme, which focuses on developing our students’ pre-employment skills throughout their school journey, which is embedded within the whole school curriculum. We understand that all our young people are different, so we offer robust support for personal development, life skills and experiences which encourages our students’ readiness for the changing world of work. We want to work with local employers and encourage partnership working with local businesses to support our students’ community inclusion and expose them to all the amazing opportunities that Greater Manchester has to offer.
