Reddish Hall School receives the Leading Parent Partnership Award

‘’We are absolutely delighted to share the wonderful news that Reddish Hall School was awarded the Parent Partnership Award — a recognition that reflects the strength of the relationships we build with families and the unwavering commitment of our staff to putting children at the heart of everything we do.

This award celebrates the trust, collaboration and open communication that our staff foster each and every day. It has been recognised that our staff work tirelessly to ensure that parents and carers feel heard, supported and valued. Whether offering practical guidance, a listening ear, or helping families navigate challenges, they play a vital role in creating a strong bridge between home and school.

Parent partnership is not simply about communication — it is about genuine collaboration. It means working together to remove barriers, celebrate successes and ensure every child has the best possible opportunity to thrive. This recognition highlights the positive impact that strong, respectful relationships have on our whole school community.

We would also like to give full recognition to Laura Phelps, who recently left us for pastures new. Laura was an integral part of the FLO team and instrumental in shaping the nurturing, family-centred approach that has led to this achievement. She leaves with our heartfelt thanks and appreciation, having truly made her mark on our school community.’’
