Safeguarding

Keeping every child safe, heard and supported

At Reddish Hall School, the safety and wellbeing of our children and young people is our highest priority.
We are fully committed to creating and maintaining an environment where all students feel safe, valued, listened to and respected.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Every member of staff plays a part in keeping children safe, and safeguarding is embedded into everything we do.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

─────────────────────────

We support all students by:

  • providing a caring, safe and positive environment
  • promoting strong communication, confidence and self‑advocacy
  • effectively tackling bullying, harassment and discriminatory behaviour
  • actively upholding the Equality Act 2010
  • ensuring all staff receive regular safeguarding and child protection training
  • maintaining robust systems for reporting, record‑keeping and multi‑agency partnership work

We expect all staff, visitors and volunteers to behave in a way that keeps children safe at all times.
Anyone working or visiting our school must follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns immediately.
