Hours:                 37.5 hours per week

Contract:             Permanent; Term time + six weeks

We’re looking for a School Office Manager to join the Reddish Hall team.

About the School

Reddish Hall is an independent SEMH school situated in Stockport. The aim of the school is to encourage children to achieve and succeed personally, academically, socially and develop their self confidence that will enable them to cope in everyday situations and manage the transition from school to college or work environments. By rebuilding self-esteem and forging positive relationships, our pupils replace failure with success.

About the Role

The School Office Manager is responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school.

Who we are looking for

Reddish Hall School meets the needs of students between the ages of 5 and 18 with social, emotional and mental Health.   We are looking for a committed, motivated and enthusiastic administrator, to work within our fast paced admin team. The ideal candidate will be very organised, a strong leader and can manage the whole school administrative function and lead all support staff.

  • Represent the School in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Assist the Head of Service in their duty to ensure that the school meets its educational aims
  • Promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the school’s learning objectives
